Job Description

The role of Materials Planning Manager will oversee the following:

• Strategically manage and optimise inventory to ensure uninterrupted production
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Implement effective procurement strategies
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of suppliers
• Manage and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Materials Planning Manager should have:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
