Role Requirements

Experience:

• 2–7 years PQE, ideally within energy, commercial property or rural law
• Background in drafting and negotiating legal agreements such as exclusivity agreements, options and leases
• Experience conducting due diligence and supporting renewable energy projects

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of legal practices relating to renewable energy or a desire to transition into this growing sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach with the ability to manage complex legal work
