Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment.
This position requires proficiency in various office software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office coordinator role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
