Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMFlexibility is required outside of these core hours, including participation in an emergency call-outs rota
Your Role: Key ResponsibilitiesAs an HVAC Planned Maintenance Technician, you will:
Perform routine planned maintenance and repairs to mechanical and HVAC plantGeneral fault finding and rectification to Mechanical and HVAC plantMaintain up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment on internal management systemBe part of out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hoursMaintain effective working relationships with colleagues', clients, customers and work as part of a teamDeal courteously with clients, customers and the general publicDemonstrate an understanding and commitment to customer careSmart and professional at all timesA strong communicatorFlexible with the ability to work under pressure.Confident in abilities and up to date with all relevant legislation

What We're Looking For:
Strong and relevant mechanical HVAC knowledge and qualificationsRelevant Mechanical HVAC qualificationsExperience of HVAC and associated plumbingExperience working with pumpsDomestic heating Gas Safe or Air Conditioning F-Gas qualifications are advantageousExperience of PPM works and record keepingExperience at fault findingGood at troubleshootingWorking with Field service software
