Lawrence Sheriff School is an outstanding boys’ grammar school of approximately 1200 students, around 450 of whom are in our coeducational sixth form. As a National Teaching School, we have played a significant role in initial teacher training and continuous professional development across the region.The school is both a Teaching School Hub, and Language Hub Lead School, and this enables us to offer all staff varied and interesting opportunities to enhance their practice.
Many of the school’s halls, classrooms and Hartfield sport facilities are available for hire to clubs, societies and the general public for a range of leisure activities during the week. We are looking to appoint a Site Facilities Assistant with excellent inter-personal skills to supervise school lettings and events on site.The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and manage their own workload due to an element of lone working.
