Methods are recruiting for a Front of House Facilities Administration Assistant (Intern) to join us in our London Office on a 12-month fixed term contract with a possible extension. We are looking for immediately available candidates.

Description:

As a Front of House and Facilities Administration Assistant (Intern) you will be the face of the company to guests while supporting seamless operations throughout the office. You will be a resourceful team member, managing guest experience from the first point of contact and contribute to our strong organisational brand.

Accountability:

  • Raising purchase orders relating to the day to day activities of the company and tracking these using Salesforce
  • Creating colleague travel/accommodation accounts
  • Assist with the organisation and running of company events as required
  • Ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally
  • Facilitating office tours for new colleagues
  • Act as a fire marshal and first aider following training
  • Ensuring any deliveries are received and stored accordingly

Responsibilities:

Front of house:

  • Act as a receptionist for all visitors
  • Welcoming guests and clients to Methods in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings and room preparation, providing beverages for guests
  • Ensure proactive management of work spaces to ensure they remain functional, tidy and ready for use
  • Proactively managing stock/stationary supplies

Training received:

  • Salesforce CRM
  • Health and safety, fire, first-aid
  • Other training will be provided as required.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Graduate level education preferred

Skills:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel,
  • Good general technology skills
  • Great numeracy and communicative skills
  • Drive and enthusiasm with a positive attitude and attention to details
