Location: South Gloucester, commutable within 30 minutes from Severn Beach, including areas like Bristol, Patchway, and Almondsbury.Salary: £21,000 - £22,900 per annum (Actual Salary) | £11.72 - £12.78 per hour DOE

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a reputable Employer in South Gloucester. This full-time, term-time only position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).You will play a crucial role in supporting their learning, well-being, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to children with SEN, ensuring they reach their full potential.Assist with care needs and positive behaviour support, adopting an individualized approach.
Work closely with the Class Teacher to deliver high-quality, engaging educational activities.
Create a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all pupils.
Criteria:
Experience working with pupils in an SEN setting.Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car.
Fully funded Teaching Assistant training available.
Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is desirable.
A passion for working with young people is essential.
Ability to build trust and act as a fantastic advocate for the children.
