Bank Kitchen Assistant Location: Gregory House, Grantham, Lincolnshire Pay rate: £12.00 per hour Contracted hours: 0 ABOUT OUR ROLE As a Kitchen Assistant you will be responsible for helping to prepare the meals, snacks and drinks for residents within the guidelines set by the Home Manager and Chef / Cook.
You will understand and promote the philosophy of choice rights and fulfilment for all residents. You will get to know the residents and understand their likes and dislikes to ensure that they enjoy their dining experience. In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family.
You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing a safe environment, as well as warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes. Gregory House is a 31 bed Care Home situated in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
