Day-to-day of the role:

• Receive and prepare documents for shipment processing.
• Efficiently route shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage freight receipt and oversee the processing of shipments.
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize standard office equipment for communication and documentation purposes.
• Perform tasks primarily while seated at a desk, with occasional physical demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the global logistics industry.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
