• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and manage warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure a high level of performance.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure overall synergy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices for a safe working environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and technology to optimize operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and reduce costs.

• Proven experience in Warehouse Management and a passion for logistics & operations.
• The ability to bring your team along on a journey of change.
• Hands on Experience with change management in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and related technology.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
