Job Description

The Interim Private Client Solicitor will:

• Managing private client cases, including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, trusts, and court of protection work
• Providing insightful legal guidance to standard and high-net-worth clients
• Overseeing estate planning and helping clients navigate complex financial matters
• Working with full secretarial support to enhance efficiency and client service delivery
• Supervise junior team members

The Successful Applicant

The Interim Private Client Solicitor should be:

• Private Client Solicitor with a robust understanding of wills, probate, trusts, court of protection matters, and some trusts exposure
• Proven experience handling cases independently, ideally with exposure to high-net-worth clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
