Care Coordinator

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of care services, focusing on scheduling, customer and carer interactions, and administrative tasks.
The Role: As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of care services.- Coordinate carers' and customers' schedules
- Respond to customer and carer enquiries
- Handle new customer enquiries and match them to carers
- Recruit and interview new carers
- Conduct carer supervisions and appraisals
- Perform administrative tasks in line with company policies
The ideal Care Coordinator will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in care coordinating
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Proficiency with Access People Planner and Access Care Planning
- Strong organisational and time management skills
The Care Coordinator role offers an attractive package including:
- Annual salary between £25,000 and £27,000
- Office hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Rotational on-call duties with additional holiday entitlement
