They are currently recruiting for a passionate Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their team. My client is renowned for their expertise and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in automotive care. The main responsibilities for this Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role include:
- Diagnosing complex symptoms spanning the entire spectrum of vehicle systems
- Manage time efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction is met
- Utilize cutting-edge video vehicle health assessments to pinpoint issues and seize potential opportunities for upselling
- Communicate clearly updating work progression
- Hon your skills through regular training, with a special focus on electric vehicles
- Play a pivotal role in the team's success by offering technical guidance and coaching to your colleagues
- Uphold a pristine and secure work bay, consistently adhering to established standards
- If required, perform MOTs in alignment with DVSA standards
To be considered for this Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role, you must have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Ideally a qualification to Level 3 standard
