ADMINISTRATOR - NEWCASTLE / DURHAM AREA - £25k-30K DOE

We are looking for a personable, highly organised person to join our team in the Durham offices working with our clients in the Utilities sector. You will the ensure that key administrative tasks are in order and delivered in an effective way.

Duties also include co-ordinating diaries, executive papers, record critical information in high-profile meetings and managing logistics where required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-ordination of meetings, logistics and diaries for priority client requirements
  • Action and minute taking in key meetings
  • Co-ordination and circulation of board papers and meeting packs
  • Ensure onboarding and induction records are up to date and easily accessible
  • Ensure sharepoint and teams structures are maintained in line with client protocols
  • Manage access to document repositories, teams sites and sharepoint sites
  • Generation of document templates

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive administrative experience
  • Has worked with senior level executives in an administrative capacity
  • Has used full suite of Microsoft Applications (Excel, word, powerpoint, teams, sharepoint) to an extensive level
  • Diary and travel management
  • Action and minute taking
