- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Manage and organise case files efficiently.
- Coordinate with the legal team and liaise with clients on a regular basis.
- Ensure all real estate transactions are compliant with legal regulations.
- Prepare reports on case status.
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- A strong academic background in Law.
- Minimum 2 years conveyancing experience.
- Completed LPC or SQE1
- Excellent research and report-writing skills.
- A solid understanding of real estate law.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
