Dispute Resolution Solicitor — Position Overview:
You will assist senior solicitors on a varied civil litigation caseload while also managing your own matters. The role offers excellent client exposure, high-quality work and strong opportunities for development within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
- Assisting on complex civil litigation matters
- Managing your own varied caseload
- Handling disputes under a range of funding arrangements including private, CFA and LEI
- Advising clients and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
- Managing cases effectively from instruction through to resolution
- Working collaboratively within a busy litigation team
Requirements of the Dispute Resolution Solicitor:
- Qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE
- Experience in general civil litigation
- Experience working with private, CFA and LEI funding arrangements
- Experience in at least one of the following: contentious probate, professional negligence or property disputes
- Good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to professional development
