Digital Marketing Campaign Manager - Internship

You would be working in the Managed Attraction team at GTI, where we specialize in running bespoke marketing initiatives across Europe for world-leading brands in sports, fashion, retail, engineering, and science.
As a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager Intern, you will play an integral role in the delivery of loads of marketing projects, ensuring our customers are happy with the campaign progress and enjoy a high return on investment (ROI). Working closely with our dedicated team, you will contribute to delivering impactful campaigns across the various services we offer, including social media promotion, 1-2-1 text consultations, on-ground campaigns and email marketing.
In this role you will:
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of exceptional marketing campaigns tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the team to manage bespoke campaigns across Europe, ensuring seamless execution for renowned brands in sports, fashion, retail, engineering, and science.
- Assist in organizing campaigns from an operational perspective, including coordinating digital strategies (e.g., social media marketing), on-ground initiatives, and engaging third-party providers.
- Analyze campaign data using tools such as Excel to identify key insights, track performance, and refine marketing approaches.
- Use analytics to monitor performance, increase spending in high-performing areas, and align strategies with client objectives to maximize ROI.
- Bring innovation to marketing efforts by testing and implementing new strategies, such as A/B testing, to enhance performance.
