Salary: £24,027.00 - £24,404.00 Annually (FTE) Grade C, Actual Salary: £18,072.36 - £18,355.93

Our client, a successful and inclusive all-through school in Chatteris, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the primary phase. Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning and development.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide additional support to pupils with diverse learning needs.
- Help with classroom preparation, resources, and activities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is desirable.
- A passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
