We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Care Manager for our clients nursing home located in Brixton. Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active PIN.Proven experience in a nursing/care home setting for older people.
Extensive clinical knowledge and ability to apply it effectively in a care management role.
Sound understanding of CQC Regulations and legislation.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Previous experience as a clinical lead or clinical deputy manager is preferable.
