You will be instrumental in developing, updating, and tracking construction schedules, while gaining practical experience in project coordination and site operations
Responsibilities- Develop and manage construction schedules using tools like Powerproject and Microsoft Project.
- Regularly update schedules to reflect project milestones and changes.
- Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure schedule accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and report on progress.
- Learn about construction processes, site logistics, and safety protocols.
- Participate in site meetings and planning sessions to gain practical insights.
- Communicate effectively with various teams to align project goals.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for construction and project planning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
To be considered for the role, you must already have a couple of years of experience within a Construction Management or Commercial (QS) role, or even as a current Construction Planner / Programmer. This organisation will support your personal and professional development, and they are currently working on some fantastic Construction projects
