IT Support Engineer
We are delighted to be working with this growing company based just north of Peterborough. They are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled IT candidate to build on their previous experience and develop their career.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining the company IT systems and infrastructure
- Resolve IT issues in person and remotely across several offices
- Windows server administration
- Escalate tickets to other teams as required
- Help manage suppliers and equipment procurement
- Assisting on implementation projects
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in similar role or relevant degree qualification
- Good general knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft applications
- Understanding of Active Directory, M365, Azure, Hyper-V and Networking
- Drive to develop and progress within IT
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to hit deadlines
- Driving Licence (Essential)
