Early Years Teacher

• Start Date: December 2024
• Contract: Fixed-term until July 2025
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s learning journey.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the school’s assessment and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Early Years education.
• Proven experience teaching within the EYFS framework.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
