Teaching Assistant

• Work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students in need.
• Assist with planning and preparation of lessons and materials.
• Help students with academic and behavioural challenges in the classroom.
• Supervise students during independent work and recreational activities.
• Support the implementation of educational programs and individualized learning plans.
• Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
• Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to student success.
