PART TIME HOURS, 25 HOURS PER WEEK

We are looking to recruit an experienced, motivatedand enthusiastic administrator to joinWestCallas a key member of our excellent administration team.

WestCallis the emergency out of hours GP service, covering West Berkshire. Itoperates365 days per year. It is a dynamic, fastpacedand busy environment.

This role is Monday-Friday, 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, 0930-1430 hours.

You will be a team player and work collaboratively with all disciplines whilstmaintaininghigh standards.
  • Providing administrative support to the service.
  • Efficient andaccuratereporting of data on electronic systems.
  • Assist the Urgent Care Manager with the rota management of medical and operational staff, including reviewing duty session allocations and ensuring that members of staff are aware of individual duty sessionon a daily basis.
  • Assistingwith pay role to ensure staff are paid for the correct hours worked and the correct hourly rate.
  • Type confidential correspondence,reportsand other documentation to a high standard within agreed timescales.

The “must haves” for you to be considered for this role:
  • GCSE pass in Maths and English.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of working within an administrative service.
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders and callers is of the highest standard.
  • Computer literate with an ability to navigate around various systems and software packages including MS Office and Outlook
