Director of Clinical Services (Nurse Qualified)

Salary: Up to £55,000

Our client, a well-established mental health hospital, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead and support their clinical team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse-qualified professional with extensive clinical and management experience to drive high-quality care and make a meaningful impact.

As the Director of Clinical Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and patient outcomes. Working closely with the leadership team, you will provide strategic direction, support staff development, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations.

What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse qualification (NMC registered).
  • Extensive clinical and management experience in mental health settings.
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Experience in clinical governance and service development.
