About Our client:
Our client is a flexible and creative manufacturer of cosmetics and personal care. They are a fast-growing organisation and seek to build a team of ambitious and self-motivated colleagues to help grow their business.
About the Role:
They are looking for a dynamic and driven Brand and Sales Manager to join their team in Peterborough. You will be responsible for leading and growing an established brand. Responsible for all aspects of the brand, including sales and marketing, you will be managing a small team of three people.
What You'll Be Doing:
Brand Strategy & Marketing:
- Work alongside the team to develop and implement bold brand strategies that drive growth.
- Plan and execute exciting marketing campaigns with their in-house creatives and external partners.
- Oversee content creation, influencer collaborations, and social media scheduling.
- Dive into data to measure ROI and fine-tune their marketing efforts.
Sales & Commercial Management:
- Attend trade shows and build brand awareness.
- Win new accounts and stockists.
- Lead and grow ecommerce and Amazon sales.
Product Development (NPD):
- Lead the charge on bringing fresh, innovative products to life.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (buying, R&D, suppliers) to make it happen.
- Maintain and update product specifications and range reviews.
Performance Monitoring:
- Create reporting and metrics on sales and profitability.
- Inventory management and reporting.

What You’ll Need:
- Relevant Degree or professional experience.
- FMCG experience, ideally in health and beauty, is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Word) is essential.
- A full driver’s license.
