The Governors of Bank View School are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Head of School to lead our Fazakerley site, working under the direction of the Principal. - Provide strong strategic leadership to guide a team of leaders through the next phase of the school’s growth and beyond, ensuring consistently high‑quality provision.

- Develop a rich, well-planned curriculum, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning
- Champion personalised interventions, fostering students’ confidence and belief in their success
- Bring expertise in nurture and trauma-informed practice, ensuring a compassionate approach
- Demonstrate agile leadership and strong emotional intelligence, working effectively with staff at all levels
- Understand the safeguarding duties required in special school settings
