• Provide strong strategic leadership to guide a team of leaders through the next phase of the school’s growth and beyond, ensuring consistently high‑quality provision.

• Develop a rich, well-planned curriculum, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning
• Champion personalised interventions, fostering students’ confidence and belief in their success
• Bring expertise in nurture and trauma-informed practice, ensuring a compassionate approach
• Demonstrate agile leadership and strong emotional intelligence, working effectively with staff at all levels
• Understand the safeguarding duties required in special school settings
