Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing luxury fashion brand to recruit a Senior Graphic Digital Designer.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, digitally led business creating aspirational, trend-driven collections for a global audience. This role will play a key part in elevating the brand's creative output and digital presence.
The Role: As a Senior Graphic Digital Designer, you will take a leading role in shaping the brand's digital identity across all channels.
Working closely with Creative, Marketing and E-commerce teams, you will deliver high-impact, performance-driven creative while also influencing design direction and supporting more junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality digital assets across paid media, social, CRM and e-commerce
- Own and execute creative for major campaigns, product launches and weekly drops
- Drive a strong visual identity, ensuring consistency and premium execution across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver conversion-focused creative
- Use data and performance insights to refine and improve creative output Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, prioritising effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers where required
- Stay ahead of fashion, digital and design trends, bringing fresh ideas into the business
About You:
- 4-6+ years' experience in digital or graphic design, ideally within fashion, luxury or eCommerce
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, digital-first and commercially effective work
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of performance-driven creative and digital channels
- Confident collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail with a refined design aesthetic A proactive, ideas-led individual with the confidence to influence creative direction
