We now have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to join our Digital Citizen team to work across the NHS.UK web estate.
Digital Citizen delivers citizen-facing national digital channels and services - including nhs.uk, the NHS App, and NHS Login.
NHS.UK is the UK's biggest health website, with more than 80 million visits every month. It provides thousands of clinically validated articles, videos and tools, and millions of people also access our content through partner websites, apps & internet-connected devices.More than 2,000 organisations share our content, including other NHS websites, local authorities, charities and commercial organisations. Social media is also an important part of the NHS website service and we reach millions of people a month through Facebook, Twitter & YouTube.
As an Associate Digital Performance Analyst you role will include:
- Reviewing, analysing and reporting web analytics data for NHS.uk (Adobe Analytics)
- Providing effective and ongoing and actionable insight into user journeys across NHS.uk
- Setting and tracking relevant performance KPIs
- Using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics) and reporting through data visualisation tools e.g. Power Bi to analyse the end-to-end user journey
- Reviewing the suite of regular reporting with other Digital Analysts to ensure they stay fit for purpose
- Enabling local systems and providers to improve the health of their people and patients and reduce health inequalities.
- Making the NHS a great place to work, where our people can make a difference and achieve their potential.
- Working collaboratively to ensure our healthcare workforce has the right knowledge, skills, values and behaviours to deliver accessible, compassionate care
- Optimising the use of digital technology, research, and innovation
- Delivering value for money.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
