NHS England’s Transformation Directorate has a mandate to deliver a very broad and complex set of new products, platforms, services, and capabilities over the coming years to support the transformation of health and care. The scale and maturity of digital health is now central to the delivery of health and care goals.

Technology and digital innovation has never been so important for the continued improvement of health outcomes for patients.

More than 2,000 organisations share our content, including other NHS websites, local authorities, charities and commercial organisations. Social media is also an important part of the NHS website service and we reach millions of people a month through Facebook, Twitter & YouTube.

As an Associate Digital Performance Analyst you role will include:

  • Reviewing, analysing and reporting web analytics data for NHS.uk (Adobe Analytics)

  • Setting and tracking relevant performance KPIs

  • Enabling local systems and providers to improve the health of their people and patients and reduce health inequalities.
  • Making the NHS a great place to work, where our people can make a difference and achieve their potential.
  • Working collaboratively to ensure our healthcare workforce has the right knowledge, skills, values and behaviours to deliver accessible, compassionate care
  • Optimising the use of digital technology, research, and innovation
  • Delivering value for money.
