Due to rapid expansion, Green Commercial Commercial Cleaning is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to work directly under the Senior Operations Manager to assist with the day to day running of the business.
With a working week of 40 hours including a weekend rotation of 1 in 3, this is a hands on position out visiting both clients and staff in and around Hull and the East Riding area.
Main duties
To manage the cleaning schedule and rota to ensure that all site are cleaned on time to the standards and specification, ensuring that all holidays are properly planned and sickness cover arrangements are in place.To support delivery of the cleaning schedule where appropriate and necessary.
To develop and maintain a successful working relationship with new and existing clients to ensure that their expectations are met whilst working to the defined specifications.
To complete audits accurately and on time, carrying out any resolution actions identified within the required timescales.
To attend meetings with the client and team as and when required.
To assist with the recruitment process for cleaning operatives.
To work alongside your team to ensure the relevant training and induction of all staff in their role to the standards expected the values of Greens and company policies, procedures and guidelines and the maintenance of all training records.
Monitor absence levels ensuring that return to work interviews are completed for all staff.
To adhere to all Company processes, policies and procedures.
