We are is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a well-established company in the electrical industry, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and innovative solutions to our clients.
The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, supporting our staff, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can maintain a positive and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties, from managing office supplies and scheduling appointments to assisting with customer inquiries By being the backbone of our administrative operations, you will contribute to the success of MONARD ELECTRICAL and help us achieve our business goals while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all materials are well-stocked and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service to maintain client relationships.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare and process various administrative documents, such as invoices, reports, and memos.
  • Support accounting functions by assisting with bookkeeping and basic financial record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in the electrical or construction industry is a plus.

Competitive starting salary - £ 22K – 27K per annum depending on experience. •

24 days holiday per annum plus all Bank Holidays •

Working hours – Monday – Friday 37.5 hrs per week ( Hours negotiable) •
