We're recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join a specialised neurorehabilitation service in Leicester. Location: LeicesterSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, occasional weekend availability
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of neurological patients, delivering specialist occupational therapy services.Develop and facilitate individual and group treatment programmes to support rehabilitation.
Provide comprehensive assessments, implement treatment plans, and evaluate progress.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and carers to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
Supervise and provide training to junior Occupational Therapists and therapy assistants.
Assess, recommend, and provide equipment to improve quality of life, ensuring safety and proper usage.
Essential Criteria
Degree in Occupational Therapy.HCPC registration.
Experience working in a neurological setting is desirable but not essential.
