This role is key in ensuring a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, providing first-line support and efficient delivery of people services.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the organization’s values and culture align with strategic objectives and employee contributions toward the vision.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to support a high-quality and inclusive employee experience while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Provide first-line administrative support for people services across the entire employee lifecycle.
Utilize HR systems and processes to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Maintain efficient delivery of services aligned with good practice standards.
