£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Deliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance students' learning experience
- Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
Experience:
Prior experience in SEN education
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy in working with students with SEN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialist qualifications in SEN education
- Training in specific interventions for SEN students
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, temporary position
- Work closely with students, teachers, and parents
- Varied educational settings, including classrooms and one-on-one tutoring
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
