Our top law firm client is seeking a Temporary Corporate Legal Secretary with law firm experience to start ASAP. The role is based in the office 4 days a week and 1 from home. The successful candidate must be available immediately to start.
You must have extensive experience in a law firm as a legal secretary and available to start as soon as possible.
Duties for this role will include- File Opening
- General Administration
- Diary management
- Billing
- Organising and managing calendars
- Drafting and preparing correspondence
- Arranging travel itineraries and bookings
- Scheduling client meetings
