The Role
In this dynamic position, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience across a wide range of transactional matters, supporting the firm's Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial, Planning, and Finance groups. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the firm's global construction disputes team, further enhancing your expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising on and drafting construction contracts, development agreements, and professional appointments.Providing strategic legal counsel across sectors including housing, education, retail, and infrastructure.
Engaging with high-profile clients and working on complex, multi-jurisdictional projects.
