Responsibilities:

As an Events Coordinator, you will:

  • Plan and execute various events, ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding experience for attendees and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary contact throughout the planning process.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote events and maximise attendance.
  • Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Handle budget management, vendor negotiations, and other logistical details to ensure seamless event execution.
