ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of food items according to specified recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Support chefs by delivering ingredients and tools as required during food preparation.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels and reporting shortages.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
Participate in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for meal service.
Support front-of-house staff with catering preparations and meal presentations when necessary.
RequirementsPrior experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy items as needed.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hours Per Week: 25.00
Start Time: 08:00End Time: 15:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.00
