We’re looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our supportive ER team at Croydon Health Services. Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:- Has strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies
- Brings proven experience in handling complex ER cases
- Is an excellent communicator, able to provide clear, practical, and persuasive advice
- Can build strong relationships and work collaboratively with managers and HR colleague

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior ER Advisor, you’ll work closely with the ER Manager, ER Advisor, and HR Business Partnering team to provide a proactive and people-centred ER service. Your key responsibilities will include:- Supporting managers in resolving complex ER cases using Just Culture principles, ensuring fairness and compassion remain at the heart of the process
- Managing a varied and complex caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying & harassment, and capability cases
- Advising managers on best practice, employment law, and Trust policies, helping them feel confident in handling ER issues
- Building strong, positive relationships across the organisation and providing clear, persuasive advice to managers
