As a Senior Growth Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving customer-centric strategies and leveraging psychological insights to help clients grow. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationships and Growth:- Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
- Lead regular check-ins to understand client goals and communicate them to internal teams.
- Oversee client account work, including budget updates, invoices, and status reports.
- Identify new growth opportunities and propose strategic ideas to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
- Act on direction from Growth Marketing Managers while also showing initiative.
- Collaborate to ensure alignment across departments and successful execution of projects.
- Ensure quality outcomes for clients, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Maintain data privacy and security standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and act on it to improve work quality.
- Take responsibility for your own development, staying updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate with clients and teams, upholding professionalism.
- Decision-making: Ability to make informed decisions that positively impact client work.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and be receptive to feedback.
- Result-Oriented: Meet deadlines and KPIs, ensuring successful project outcomes.

- Report to the Growth Marketing Director.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team and other departments.
- Salary: £27k - £35k (D.O.E)
- Working Hours: Flexible 4-day work week (core hours 9-4:30pm)
