The HR Manager will report into the Managing Director and act as a trusted business partner providing strategic advice on all people matters, predominantly focusing on attraction, retention, engagement and development.
Job Description- Re-develop and formalise the onboarding process
- Develop leadership programmes and training development for managers within the business
- Build an apprenticeship programme focusing on attracting and developing home grown talent
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time HR Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- A competitive salary range of approximately £32,000 to £37,000 full time equivalent.
- 22 days AL + bank (pro rata'd)
