Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor - Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

About the Role

In this inbound customer service role, you will manage 150-200 calls daily, providing excellent support and building rapport with customers by:

• Resolving queries over the phone.
• Setting up payment plans.
• Up-selling products and services.
• Creating new customer accounts using Five9 phone system and their management program.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Hours are fixed and cannot be adjusted.
• Workwear: Smart/casual attire.
• Holiday: No leave permitted during the first three weeks of employment.

• A positive attitude and a professional approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to commuting to and from work, whether by driving or other means, as punctuality is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
