Provide administration assistance to the Systems Training Team.
  • Support the administration of booking delegates onto planned training courses.
  • To ensure the Trust’s training database is updated in a timely and accurate manner, together with producing appropriate training reports.
  • To work in accordance with the administration processes and systems in the department and Trust policies regarding Information Governance, to assist the successful administration of the Digital & Technology Training team.
  • Support the Systems Trainers with events and projects.
  • To support other members of the team dealing with queries via emails and telephone conversations.

This role will work closely in supporting the Clinical Systems Training Manager and Lead Systems Training Co-ordinators.

You will be a valued member of our busy and friendly system training team and assist in the effective and smooth running of our System Training Service, maintaining excellent working relationships through effective communication.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.

The role has been designed to allow you to develop and experience a broad and varied range of activities including:

  • Supporting projects and events both for the system training team.
  • Co-ordinating and booking systems training.
  • Working with the Lead Systems Training Co-ordinator to make sure our training courses are organised, and resources booked.
  • Working as first point of call for the booking of systems training. This includes responding to queries and taking action to solve the issue or redirecting the issue to the appropriate team member.
  • Producing reports
  • General administration of the Systems Training Team
