I am looking to speak to knowledgeable graduates who are looking to work with primary-aged children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
The school I am currently working with is a mainstream primary school with a high level of SEMH and EBD. This school has a provision for children with SEMH, who have either been excluded from mainstream education or they need more support than a mainstream classroom can offer them.With their main focus being reintegration into mainstream education, and supporting the children, this bustling and dedicated staff body is looking to add a Behaviour Support Assistant to their ever-growing staff.
Behaviour Support Assistant | What do you need?- A First-Class Degree from a TOP-20 UK University.
- A Behaviour Support Assistant must be someone who's eager to learn and apply themselves fully and willing to hit the ground running
- A desire to work in education in the future could be beneficial for a Behaviour Support Assistant
- A Behaviour Support Assistant must be a strong, determined and dedicated individual, who is aware of how working as a Behaviour Support Assistant will have its tougher days... but be the most rewarding job.
- Experience with SEND children / Experience with Behavioural Difficulties would be extremely beneficialBehaviour Support Assistant | About the role:
- A Behaviour Support Assistant can earn up to £106 a day | Paid weekly via PAYE | Inclusive of Holiday Pay
- The school is looking to help a Master's or Doctorate hopeful get a year's worth of experience in a SEND school to help them with their future careers.
- The school is regarded highly in its field, and rated 'Good' by OFSTED.
- We are offering a long-term contract, until the end of the academic year.
- You will be placed with small group, allowing you to build relationships with the students, and work more closely with them.
