Production Operatives with FLT Counterbalance Experience

Are you an experienced Production Operative with FLT Counterbalance skills and a strong background in the aggregate industry?

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team! If you have experience in production, operating machinery, ensuring smooth plant operations, and handling an FLT Counterbalance truck, we want to hear from you! The role is based in a busy manufacturing plant.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

✔ Efficiently manage manufacturing assets to optimize production.
✔ Work closely with maintenance teams, providing support as needed.
✔ Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with plant routines.
✔ Maintain cleanliness of equipment, buildings, and surrounding areas per site instructions.

✔ Operate an FLT Counterbalance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

✔ Highly motivated with a strong team-oriented mindset.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern.
✔ Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
✔ Proven ability to meet deadlines and solve problems efficiently.
✔ Proven experience operating an FLT Counterbalance with either an in-house or full license.

✔ Own transport required due to the location.

Please note that a drug and alcohol test will be undertaken prior to being offered an assignment.

Pay Rate:

Morning Shift: Starting from £12.54 per hour
Afternoon Shift: £15.05 per hour
Overtime: Starting from £18.81 per hour (paid after 38 hours)

Shift Details (Rotating Pattern):

Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday: 06:15 - 15:00

Friday: 06:15 - 14:45

Paid breaks included

Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday: 14:45 - 00:30

Two out of three breaks are paid
