Permanent, Factory Production & Process Operators

Location - Henstridge Easily commutable from - Yeovil, Sherborne, Wincanton, Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Castle Carey, Bruton, etc

Working hours - Mon to Fri 07:30 to 16:30 inc one hour of breaks.

Early start & finish in the hot weather. Good overtime plus bonus in busy season Jan to June

Producing specialist niche products for world-wide sale Small team, informal relaxed & friendly.

Scope to progress.

Range of roles, flexible & varied - including production & different processes - with movement between Portioning raw materials & assembling mixes from clear recipe instructions

Operating a sophisticated & precise coating plant

Packing product & preparing pallet for customers

Loading & unloading deliveries, warehouse storage & dispatch

Maintenance & housekeeping.

Record keeping & communication

Team working & cooperation

Starting rate - £12.60 reviewed in May Rates planned review in November 24 days Holiday PLUS bank holiday
