Salary; Basic £25K plus OTE & car allowance

Based: Kingston upon Thames

Full time permanent, office-based role - 5 days per week (Saturdays on a rota basis with - with day off in lieu in the week when worked)

Hours: 9.00am- 6.00pm- weekdays

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Assistant Manager/ Senior Lettings Negotiator to work for a well-established estate agency based in Kingston upon Thames.

Key Responsibilities:

• To accompany prospective tenants on property viewings.
• Property valuations for residential lettings
• To deliver exceptional customer service
• To negotiate offers between the Landlord and Tenant
• Booking and undertaking property inspections
• Lettings administration in accordance with property compliance and legislation and company guidelines.
• Must live in or near Kingston upon Thames and have knowledge of the area

Person Specification:

• The ideal candidate will currently be working or have recently worked in a senior role in Lettings or valuations and seeking a fresh challenge or perhaps the next step!
• A full driving licence and own transport required (and happy to use for work purposes)
• Possess experience in valuations of residential properties for lettings
• You will be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent customer facing skills
• Highly motivated, target driven
• Passionate about property
• Positive 'can-do’ attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a sociable team
• Flexible approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• IT literate - MS Office and CRM skills
