As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be offered:

• Up to £28,000 basic salary DOE
• First year earnings of £35,000

Assistant Branch Manager requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Branch Manager within estate agency
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Passionate about property with a drive to succeed and exceed targets
• A friendly, professional approach with excellent communication skills
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and lead by example
• A full UK driving licence and access to own car

As an Assistant Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

• Successfully negotiate offers, ensuring the best outcome for clients
• Arrange and attend viewings, delivering a professional and informative experience
• Cross-sell additional services to maximise business opportunities
• Oversee sales progression, keeping clients informed every step of the way
