We're Hiring: Band 6 ODP/Anaesthetic Nurse/Recovery Nurse and Scrub Nurses

Who we’re looking for:

  • Registered ODPs or Nurses with nationally recognized qualifications in anaesthetics.
  • Experienced Recovery Nurses and Scrub Nurses.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the specialty.
  • Motivated individuals who thrive in busy settings and are committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Professionals eager to develop their leadership and managerial capabilities.
  • To demonstrate politeness, courtesy and sensitivity in dealing with patients/clients, visitors/relatives and colleagues, maintaining good customer relations.
  • Contribute towards sharing good practice within the department and Trust wide.

  • To work cohesively with all members of the ward team in ensuring that the very best services to patients are provided at all times.

  • Work towards provision of support mechanisms for sharing good practice within the Department and Trust wide.
  • Assist in the programme and provide clinical supervision, as required for all registered staffs working in the Department.
  • Work towards maintaining and promoting effective communication with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and other Departments, including developing your formal presentation skills.
