SEN Teaching Assistant - Bournemouth

• Pay: From £85.10 per day
• Hours: 08:30 - 15:00, Monday to Friday
• Contract: Full-time, temporary
• Start Date: ASAP
• Support pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and PMLD, on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
• Assist in delivering intervention sessions to boost pupils' understanding and progress
• Work closely with class teachers and support staff to develop an understanding of pupils' individual learning styles and needs
• Provide pastoral and emotional support, helping students develop confidence and independence
• Support pupils across the school, including during break times and lunchtimes as required
• Experience working with children in UK schools
• Ability to build positive relationships with both pupils and staff
• A resilient, proactive, and positive approach to supporting students
• Right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
• Provide two professional references covering the last two years
• Access to accredited professional development courses, including safeguarding and behaviour management
• Ongoing training and career progression support
• A dedicated Training and Development Team
